Chef’s table is an experience like none other! Chef Allen and his team will develop a personal five-course, wine-paired menu for you and your guests inspired by the season’s freshest seasonal ingredients. Upon your arrival you will be greeted with a glass of champagne and escorted into the kitchen where you will enjoy hors d’oeurves and a tour with Chef Allen. At the table, Chef Allen will present and describe each dish as it arrives and the sommelier will present the corresponding wine and explain its characteristics and why it was chosen for that dish.
