Customized Cooking Classes & Dining Experiences
These classes offer small groups and individuals to schedule a customized cooking class. Guests select the topic of their choice and schedule according to availability. Classes are customized to fit the appropriate level of the students.
Hands On Cooking
$250.00 per person (3-5 person minimum)
This customized cooking class takes place in the kitchen at Chef Allen's during the day. Students will learn to chop, dice, whisk, and cook recipes from the pre-chosen class topic. Students work alongside Chef Allen who will provide experience and guidance. The work is tailored to match the skill level of the students. After the preparation is complete, students enjoy the fruits of their labor with a sit-down lunch paired with wines. Please allow 3 hours for this class.

Chef’s Table
Pricing starting at $150 per person (includes food and wine)

I would like to introduce you to our new Chef’s Table. As many of you know we have an open kitchen- enclosed in glass so guests can see the chefs creating in the kitchen. But- did you ever want to walk right in and join in the fun and excitement? You can with our Chef’s Table. We are offering two experiences.
- You can book an individual party chef table and we will create a delicious menu inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients. The evening starts out with champagne and hors d’ oeuvres inside the kitchen, with a tour and taste. Then you relax on the “cool side” of the glass kitchen as you dine on a five-course menu paired with wines by our sommelier.
- Join us for a Community Chef’s Table scheduled several times throughout the year. This special dinner is limited to just 10-15 guests. The evening is started out in the kitchen with a special tour and taste with a seasonal ???? Then you sit down to gather for a six-course meal paired with wines.
