 2 Medium Spanish onions, sliced thin
 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
 1/3 Cup Orange Chipolte Blasting Sauce
 1 Pound Lean ground beef
 4 Large Hamburger buns
 1 Large Vine ripe tomatoes, sliced 
To Prepare the Onions:  In a medium size pan, sauté the onions in olive oil over high heat.  When the onions caramelize in 3-4 minutes, add 2 tablespoons orange chipolte blasting sauce.  Sauté for another minute. Remove from the heat and reserve.
To Prepare the Burgers:  In a small bowl, combine the ground beef with remaining orange-chipotle blasting sauce mixing well.  Shape into 4 patties.  Broil or grill the burgers on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
To Finish:  Open buns and place the burger on the bottom bun, top with tomato & spiced onion.  Finish with top half of the bun.
