 16 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
 2 large red peppers, seeded & cut into 1 inch pieces
 1 large orange, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
 8 6 inch wooden skewers
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon black pepper
 4 tablespoons Hot Mango Cocktail Sauce 
To prepare the brochette: Alternately place the shrimp, red peppers and oranges onto each of the skewers.  Brush them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.  
To cook and serve: Preheat the broiler or grill very hot.  Grill the brochettes for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimps are rosy-red.  Remove the brochettes from the heat and serve with Hot Mango Cocktail sauce.
