 2 cups Chef Allen's passion fruit mojo
 1 1/2 pounds Skirt Steak or Flank Steak
 2 teaspoon Coarse Salt
 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
 2 medium Red Onions thinly sliced
 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
 2 tablespoons Butter
 1/2 pound Crimini Mushrooms, sliced
 1/4 cup Sherry Wine Vinegar
 1/4 cup Olive Oil
 4 cups Mixed Baby Greens
To Prepare the Steak:  Marinate the steak with the passionfruit mojo for 8 hours in a glass baking dish.  Preheat the grill medium high heat.  Remove the steak from the marinate.  Season with 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper.
To Prepare the Salad:  In a medium size bowl combine the onions, lemon and ½ teaspoon salt.  Let stand for one hour tossing occasionally.  In a heavy skillet melt the butter, add the mushrooms and saute until well browned about 5 minutes.  Add vinegar to the skillet and bring to a boil, scraping up brown bits.  Remove from the heat and add oil.  Season mushrooms with remaining salt and pepper.  
To Serve:  Combine the onions, mushrooms and lettuces in a large bowl
and toss.  Divide lettuce mixture into a four plates.  Thinly slice the steak across the grain.  Arrange a top lettuce mixture.
