Serves 2 Cups
 1 medium ripe mango, peeled, and diced
 1 small Papaya, peeled and diced
 1 small Guava, peeled and diced
 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
 2 tablespoons Spiced rum
 2 tablespoons Toasted coconut 
To Prepare the chow chow: In a medium sized bowl, combine the mango, papaya, guava, lime juice, and rum. Mix well and let set at room temperature for 20 minutes, garnish with toasted coconut before serving.
